Debbie Shatzer presented an in character portrayal of Mrs. Rutherford B. Hayes, and explained why the former First Lady was called “Lemonade Lucy”. Debbie, from the Delaware Visitor’s Bureau, has a special interest in the history of Delaware Countyand is eager to introduce us to Lucy Hayes, wife of former President Rutherford B. Hayes.
